No deaths so far.&#xA;&#xA;The CDC, FDA and state health departments are tracing the supply chain back to Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce grown in central Mexico. The company recalled the product last week after regulators identified it as a likely source.&#xA;&#xA;Cyclospora is a microscopic parasite that infects produce irrigated or washed with contaminated water. It causes severe diarrhea and explosive bowel movements. Since May 1, CDC has logged over 4,100 confirmed cases and is investigating more than 7,400 others.&#xA;&#xA;This isn&#39;t the only outbreak: the FDA announced on Thursday it was investigating a separate cluster of 72 people sickened with Cyclospora — source not yet identified. As investigations continue, officials say other brands, restaurants or retailers could be linked to this strain.&#xA;&#xA;https://www.breitbart.com/news/outbreak-of-diarrhea-causing-parasite-linked-to-4-more-states/</html></oembed>
