War IS hell. The introduction of drones simply escalates the horrors.
Spoke this week with a friend who's brother served in Afghanistan. The brother shared stories of woman and children going into the street forcing American trucks to stop, and then ambushes would take place. So, the orders went out to not stop the trucks and run them over. The brother is home, unable to cope with society now, has not close contacts, struggles complete the bare necessities, never leaves his home, likely suicidal, etc. The things he lived through has sent his brain into a very painful direction. Luckily his mom is helping out. I pray for tortured souls like this.
