For now, you can add offers to your Nostr profile on Amethyst. But people can only zap that way by going to your profile and pressing the bolt icon.
Idk if this is accurate, this is the PR that enables Bolt12 zaps, right?

In any case, still a long way to go before widespread bolt12 zaps as most wallets don't even support sending to offers. LND finally implementing them would be great:
