Even if you don't wash at all, that won't happen if you change and wash clothes at least once a week and actually move occasionally (the human body has evolved to survive without washing - skin slowly flakes off, carrying filth with it - although clothes and not moving elsewhere and leaving behind the pile of flakes interferes with such process).
Skin sores full of bacteria and fungi only tend to happen if you are bedridden and never wash.
