Good point. Freedom of speech is not the freedom to defame, slander or harass others. It never was.
As someone who writes about numerous subjects from a voluntaryist perspective, for me "freedom" is rooted in personal responsibility. We must be honorouble sovereign human beings, and conduct ourselves accordingly imho, if we hope to be free.
