I'm still a bit funny about food in a way. I have a window of appetite of about 10-15 minutes after food is plated up and after that if it's been served and unfinished it's waste to me. If it's still in the cookware it's good to be boxed up and refrigerated for another day.
It never tastes as good as is does freshly baked, though some fish dishes improve with a day or two sitting in the fridge.
