turns out it was a skills issue on my part. on july 9th i installed primal on an android device. this caused zaps to be sent to that wallet. no funds were lost. i was able to sweep the funds then restore my android primal instance with my seed phrase and now both devices and wallets appear to be in sync. issue should be solved going forward.

it used to be one of my favorites. now it's slow, bloated, and broken. i'm literally just losing money at this point. what a disaster. it makes me so sad to have lost such a reliable wallet.
