Part what I didn't like about the professional tech field was managers that were clueless. In this hobby-instance, I kept being asked, "When do you come in to the process?" I did my best to explain that QA is involved from the beginning to the end, and why. The big one being, "the later you bring in QA, the more expensive everything is", but this was never understood. And now we see a customer with a blank-white page. Big surprise, right?
