Last sold for 13 ETH. People like Raoul Pal see value in being part of a community with perks etc, like a gentleman's club. They also think ETH will be the base layer replacing the current Fiat system and still view BTC as a long term store of value. For sure it's a lot more speculative than just stacking sats.
