If Joe Kent is indicted, or called as a witness in court, his NDAs are moot. If he has evidence to back his claims, he can reveal it if it's not classified.
That's why they'll never indict him or allow him to be part of the Tyler Robinson defense.
On a side note, I have a really hard time taking anyone seriously attacking his character or integrity. 11 tours served. Wife killed in war. Stepped up to be part of Trump's govt.
That counts for something!
