I use Arch to make sure I have the latest packages almost as soon as they're released.

Stuff like my graphics drivers or desktop environment are updated almost as soon as they're updated upstream. Debian is kind of the opposite where they'll only update those things much later after they've been thoroughly vetted and at the end of fairly long release cycles in the name of stability. Debian runs GNOME 43 but the next update is going to go to GNOME 48, even though GNOME 49 is already out. Very stable, but kinda dated as a result.
