Follow up:
The third sleep I did continue the rib fest but there was some confusion to the fact I was Canadian and a judge but eventually the pretty fella in the white cowboy hat won. Not because he was pretty but because his ribs were perfectly cooked, just saucy enough, and the best flavour.
Yes, now I want ribs.
Too bad I don't have any. :(
