Job interviews: bad for the applicant, but it’s also a massive waste of time/resources for the company. There is no correlation between interview performance and job performance, it’s purely a method of discrimination. Multiple rounds of interviews? There is no economic justification for this level of complexity. No job is so meaningful as to require multiple interviews.
If someone is qualified? Hire them. If they lied about their qualifications, fire them. Cut this shit out.
