It's always good to look for options not pushed by pharma. IMHO, Linus Pauling's may have had a point, huge amounts of the problem are poor nutrition, mineral deficiency. "His work" is still out there and being researched, but I think the funding has pushed it more mainstream. The truth about health is largely unknown. All we know is what "profitable" treatments are.
