i mean it's a massive opportunity because every management company i talk to can't get shit done.
Cutting out the mexicans like severely short staffed the labor market and they can't build enough houses anymore.
I honestly doubt the market will crash though, the boomers will age out of their houses and go to nursing homes and each generation after them is smaller so it'll probably balance out in the next 10-20 years.
