I've been experimenting with something at
https://pkg.soapbox.pub/ - it reads ngit releases (a concept I invented) and scans them for .deb, .rpm, .apk, and .flatpak and then makes them available as a native repositories.
The workflow is that you simply do releases, and then you automatically get Linux distribution for your project on all major distros.
The codebase is largely based on npanel, although npkg is much more vibe-coded and experimental.
