Sorry to here about your parent. That has to be very stressful - which could be contributing to the reflux. Definitely see the doc. You will be needing as much rest as possible.
Things are going pretty well here. The kids aren't driving me completely bananas yet, though my day did end with having to send one girl out for loudly asking others if they spit or swallow... (yes, Child Services have been involved for quite a while)
