It's that Kirkland. Headquarters is in Issaquah now, and (per wikipedia) the original store was in Seattle, but got rebuilt and moved slightly north, so the original-original building/store no longer exists.
Now I have to figure out if I'm feeling silly enough for ~4hr of driving for gelato on Thursday (I'm in Washington, just on the wrong side of Puget Sound :-).
