I'm on my 4th kitchen scale; I had a working one, but wanted to weigh out salt & yeast for bread. So I bought a scale that'll do centigrams up to 200g. Forgot my prime directive: always overbuy tools. Can't tell you how many times I've now wanted the small scale to go to at least 1 lb. But I'll bet you a loaf of bread that scale is software limited to 200g, & otherwise is the same as the more expensive 500g model I looked at. So what do I use it for now? Loose tea.
