During the initial phase of the PoC, Hyundai Motor America (HMA) converted $20,000 to USDT and remitted it to Hyundai Motor Mexico (HMM), subsequently converting it back to USD. This entire process averaged seven minutes, with participation from Tether and Avalanche. Hyundai Card announced that a second phase of the PoC will commence by the end of this month, targeting Hyundai Motor's European subsidiaries. This phase will involve actual remittances using local currencies and will assess cost savings in foreign exchange, with participation from Circle and Visa.
