No zaps are lost. All quote ids were preserved in the migration and are recoverable as long as they are unspent (the mint holds on to them indefinitely).
There was a bug in an upstream dependency that would incorrectly reject quotes that had an expiry timestamp that had passed. However this was already fixed. If you are running a PWA, make sure its updated to the latest live version of cashu.me
