was so hard, but once I hit the 3rd day I woke up and wasn't hungry any more. By the end of the week ALL of my inflammation was gone... I couldn't believe it, I felt and looked like a new person. I decided to test if the inflammation would come back if I ate all the crap food I've been eating, and sure enough on day 4 my knees and hands were inflamed again. I'm done and starting to eat naturally and cooking all of my own food, right after I do another 7 day fast to kick it all off again..."
