I'm coming at this from the side of an ex-single mom who took care of her kids at her house and whose ex-husband took care of them at his. We had no formal agreement. When the other needed help, we helped. Regardless of our relationship or lack thereof, they were still OUR KIDS.
They have bloomed into 2 amazing women who take care of themselves.
