People are offended because he is singling out autistic people, and talks about them as if they are worthless. And the history of fascism has taught us that what comes next might be actual violence instead of just verbal. This is extremely dangerous, and there needs to be strong pushback on this rhetoric.
Subtleties such as "Tylenol might or might not contribute a bit" are not what the whole discussion is about, and shouldn't be our focus. 2/2
