Yep, and these weren't paid apps, but it was still someone who didn't really have an understanding of the notification drawers, or home screen launchers, or how to get rid of ads. They were going to need an all-day intensive just to get the ads cleared out and a device that would theoretically do what was wanted. An hour or so to uninstall all the muck, and then the rest of the day to show someone how to actually use their devices. We need more of this, everywhere.
