They require helmets here too… imagine my surprise a week or two back, I see one fellow riding a motorcycle along Milton Road near Lang Park Stadium… wearing only a backward-turned baseball cap on his head.
(Don't get me started on off-angle baseball caps either… but that was beside the point.)
