But I'll try - I think the problem isn't actually growth itself. Ideally some sectors would grow a bit (healthcare, adult social care, education). The problem is the denial of observable reality. We can't keep extracting, making and trashing as a means to the end of allocating basic necessities. But our governments will not recognise this, and refuse to focus directly on resource allocation/ needs meeting
