The root of my problem is my ID Mobile SIM is kaput. Like according to both of two phones and four SIM slots it just does not register as existing.
Ask for a new SIM maybe? Simple?
Well, ID are one of those zero-service kinda providers. Though I think it goes through zero and into negatives.
They have a useless chatbot. Most things say to use their app. I tried their app, and it sent me to the chat bot.
I tried to switch to an eSIM... but to confirm this it sends a text to the number I cannot access. Kwality.
