Around 300,000 UK children are not in school (and not being home educated either); is what can we do?

Tim Thorlby suggests, first thing is to find them & get them back 'on the radar';

Schools also need more resources to support children with challenges (from special education needs to poverty/hardship) to stay in school & benefit from their time there;

But we also need better 'alternative provision' to help those the mainstream schools cannot.
