I cannot find any examples of a government reversing that kind of disarmament ever, without regime change. Bukele might have concerns about revolutionaries and assassination. I would love to see it, but it's not a simple question and I doubt we know the full picture. Not saying that he is above question or anything, but I'm not assuming I know what he should do either.
