Thank you for sticking with me as long as you did. I apologize again for how frustrated I was at the start. None of that was directed at you personally. I’ve just hit so many roadblocks — loops, missing screens, files that won’t open, recovery steps I can’t reach. I know developers don’t always see what end users go through, but you’re the only one who even replied, so I’m grateful.
