"content": "I'm still thinking about The Odyssey. :soft_thinking: Normally I really don't like when movies are super grounded in realism (fuck you Tom Hooper) but I find myself really rejuvenated by The Odyssey. There's no overly distracting bloom bleeding in from every corner of the frame, there's no washed out muddy toned color grading, there's no overly pretentious magical realism CGI bullshit, and they *actually used* a fucking *key light* so you could see the damn actors on the screen.\n\nLike, they just went outside and made a fucking movie.
