They use websites... Everyone does. Just because they don't "install" it doesn't mean people will use it less than an app from app store. No one uses web apps because people don't make good web apps. I typically find installing unnecessary anyways unless I want to put it somewhere on my home screen or a folder. If I use it a lot, it gets installed. Explainers for this are easily added to make people aware they can install it.
