We did sous vide salmon cooked in SatsOil (nprofile…6v2u) with some lemon zest and thin shallots for aromatics. Finishing on the grill for like 1.5 minutes on the skin side and like 15 seconds on the fleshy side.
(Yes I know sous vide uses plastic bags but the finished product is so good and the temp only gets to 40°C haha)
