Is it possible that Paytaca generates [addresses] automatically, even if you don't generate them yourself?

Because I received a "zap" from Sis Chucha (npub166u…9dyn) an hour ago, but it didn't go through; and then recently, the one from 3th4n (npub1ajk…trgz) didn't go through either. 😅

Then, when I checked, the address on my BCHNostr wallet and my Paytaca wallet were different.

How did that happen?
