In my experience, it's usually backstabbing/swindling/lying/cheating/nepotism. Internet trolls are usually overt and don't cause serious harm. Jews in real life do cause harm, and I typically avoid being a member of an organization where they have substantial power. I avoid working in corporations run by jews, and I put effort into expatriating from the US which is run by jews.
