how are u getting labor then do u have some market u go through to get people¿ I know one guy who only hired i99's (the self employed types) and left that up to each person since technically they were just considered "subcontractors". I know a lot of places use day labor too, so they can hedge against labor laws and leave all that in the lap of the day labor/temp agency
