[ purrgrammer/grimoire ] feat(ai): the browser's own agent can call grimoire's tools
WebMCP (`document.modelContext`) lets a page declare its tools so the
browser's agent calls them instead of driving the UI by pixels. Same
registry Hex already reads: a tool is defined once, and `surfaces` says
which of the two loops gets it — grimoire's own via IPA, the browser's
via `services/webmcp.ts`.
Six tools are registered; `nostr.draft` is not. Its answer is a card with
a signing button, and outside Hex's transcript there is nothing for the
