This seems like a non argument and I have explained eCash to numerous legal counsels in my time :)

In all honesty it’s way cleaner to argue than lightning which will general cause more confusion.

I’m just curious what the specific reason is to go lightning over cashu? Is it a technical thing, too private, aesthetic and branding?
