In about 10 days the sheep will complete the 4th grazing of the pastures here at the homestead. The pastures are looking ready for a 5th grazing but in addition to the grass I will start pruning branches from the trees that they can't reach to provide more food to help the lambs grow larger and develop a unique (delicious) flavor profile.
By the way, if you're within a couple hours of Baroda, MI we still have 2 lambs available for butcher. DM for details!
