update: the primal (nprofile…uz3y) support team and paulinthejungle (nprofile…ypuv), are world class. they privately reached out and helped me solve the issue.

turns out it was a skills issue on my part. on july 9th i installed primal on an android device. this caused zaps to be sent to that wallet. no funds were lost. i was able to sweep the funds then restore my android primal instance with my seed phrase and now both devices and wallets appear to be in sync. issue should be solved going forward.
