Interesting although somewhat misleading - for example there is no way in Hell MN cost of living is lower than WI except possibly "on average". The Twin Cities area is actually quite expensive if you live in any of the suburban areas that people actually want to live. Taxes are substantially higher as are housing costs, and even the price of fuel is often considerably higher. If I compare where I live now with where I used to live, it's not cheap here but to live somewhere comparable in MN would be much more expensive.
