In his speech, Carney equates "building strength" with transfering wealth to rich people ("[cutting] taxes on incomes, on capital gains and business investment") and exempting corporations from existing laws ("fast-tracking a trillion dollars of investment in energy, AI, critical minerals, new trade corridors and beyond.")
