You're asking the wrong question...
When a person isn't on Nostr, but you would like to be able to consume their content on Nostr, is it better to have five different copies of that content on Nostr, or not have it available on Nostr?
The beautiful thing is that you can propose a NIP if you want to fix it, or just code a fix yourself and hope it is adopted. Just make sure you understand the problem first...
