I don’t know who made that meme, but I think that there is a good intention behind it. The words “selling Bitcoin” tend to mean that you are selling BTC to get more dollars, euros or other fiat currencies. Or that you are selling Bitcoin to buy stocks, etc.
I think that the first step is to understand that Bitcoin is a new system and not an asset in the existing system. So, you don’t treat it like an asset. And therefore you don't sell your Bitcoin for fiat or fiat instruments. I think that is the point of the meme.
However, you obviously will use Bitcoin to buy things. In some situations you are forced to use fiat rails. And, yes, then you can say that “I am selling Bitcoin for bread”, but if you just talk about "selling Bitcoin", like Robin does right before Batman sets him straight, then 99 percent assume that you are selling it to get more fiat.
Naturally, people like Dollar Mike Saylor will do whatever they can to muddy the waters so that the newbies don't understand that Bitcoin is money and treat it as an asset. But that is what all statists will do forever.
