Use @strike to move money from US to EU where I live. Best product, best CS on the planet, could get funds through with minimal delay.
But now they’re holding up funds for up to a week jack mallers (npub1cn4…3vle), and my CS contact’s email gets returned to sender. Won’t dox her, but was honestly the best CS I’ve ever gotten from any company ever. She just got things done and was extremely nice about it.
What’s going on there?
