What does that mean? Isn’t a license basically a digital ID? There’s a database in every state and most adults have them. Obviously not kids. But you pretty much can’t do anything without a background check anyway? I’m not pro digital ID obviously, but curious what the distinction might be here? Do we mean an ID to use social media? That would be sad… but many already volunteer it via credit card info.
