as far as data security - tiktok is no more invasive than any other app - from what i can tell. The same things apply. Keep your cat photos in a locked folder with a password, shut down app permissions, ect.
The TIKTOK IS SO MUCH WORSE THAN GOOGLE, was mostly media bullshit, hell, apple scans your photos without permission now days.
