No, I do not think that it is okay to add more LLM code. I think that there is no big interest to remove existing LLM code from base. The example is tmux which was notified at least twice or thrice on mailing lists and if people were asking about particular commit then devs shut up as a clam.
I am not pointing to Theo, I want to emphasize that if there is a policy (even if not written on the website) "no LLM code in base" then team should adhere to that.
