"content": "My best buddy and I run the #DeutschePost #HalfMarathon in #Bonn together every year. For upcoming 2026, I wasn’t very motivated, as I’m very happy with my recent performances and don’t need a big challenge right now. He supported me mentally and logistically before and during my #Marathon. Now he wants to #run PBT and break 1:45:00 in Bonn. That pace suits me well, so I offered to be his personal pacemaker as a way to return the favor. He was very happy about it☺️\n#running #runnersofmastodon",
